Why are you even using that filter? You would miss many important calls, it flags almost all of customer care numbers as spam.

Just use it to highlight and not block, pick up the call when free and see if it's relevant, otherwise ignore.

You just say that your clg is one of the top rated institutes as per NIRF ranking. They will process your application. But here is the root of problem. Their back head team are holding or cancelling such applications whose institutes are not in their list now. Confirmed by CC.

Mine is in list but still they rejected. Already holding their amazon pay icici with decent 3.4L limit and never missed any dues.

I'm not sure about DTU but I think MIT Manipal has a tie up with ICICI bank. When I was studying there in first year they made us all open up a free savings account and gave us a debit card with our photos on it (served as one of our identity cards on campus as well). Maybe that's why Manipal is on the list.

I had received under process sms on 12th june and got rejection message over call a day before yesterday.

Could be. Again, I'm no one to suggest which colleges they wish to accept for their program. That's up to them to decide. What they could definitely do is, tell me "NO" straightaway. The first thing I told them on call was my college name and that the link I used to apply is not of my actual college. They gave me a go-ahead. Else I'd have stopped there.

I too complained about it mentioning that application was filled by execution and not my self. So it's their mistake. Requested to reconsider application. If they don't, I will ask for Enquiry removal in CIBIL.

On call CC told that application has not been considered as clg is not in the list. But i haven't received any SMS/Email confirming the same.

I ve disabled the call spam filter... Still these icici buggers giving missed call for 5 ring at 5 pm...

Update for me -> almost 2 weeks after vkyc i can finally see sapphiro listed in my imobile app, i have been given dual mc+amex variant

Dear Customer, your ICICI Bank Credit Card Application <> is under process. It will be completed within 5 days.

Didn’t get any calls from icici bank. No physical verification was done till now.

Anyone pls tell further process?

Give them some time. They must have gotten too many applications once this thread appeared. Not just people on forum which are already 1000s but also due to the fact that many might have shared it with their peer groups.

ICICI guys are so damn lame.
Called them for applying for AMEX + MC variant also and 1st executive directly approved it but suddenly disconnected the call.
Another executive is giving lame excuses that RBI has banned AMEX and MC and that variant change or new variant issue is not possible. So bloody lame!
Also when inquired about the BMW 1+1 offer, she told me that the offer if First Come First serve basis. If thats true then this card is almost useless. Can someone pls confirm if BMS offer on Visa variant is first come first serve?
Also someone pls tell me how else can I apply for Dual variant so that I have all 3 variants.
