So only the phonepe payments made via upi are getting 10% and not directly using the card?
Also any info on add-on cards if they are eligible for same benefits?

Applied for this card three days back, got few verification calls, have also received tentative credit limit message, can't track application online due to incorrect application number error. Have also got the message that the application gets process in 11 to 21 working days.

Can any one tell from their experience what is now ahead. Do I assume that it has been approved, or because of this 11 days message it is likely to be rejected.

Ps.: Already have SBI Cashback and SBI Bpcl card.

If all verification calls completed then you will get a limit split call within a week. I also had got 11 days message. My card had approved and received the virtual card waiting for physical card.

But I saw in this thread that one can do get a new limit even if you already have another SBI credit card.

How to check merchant name before payment Authorization? Do we need to to do via OTP or upi based transaction on phonepe app ?

I tried electricity from phone via card otp , received only 1%

Same happened with me got 1% instead of 10% for insurance payment on phonepe. SBI customer care are just repeating "Insurance (MCC - 5960,
6300,6380) outside PhonePe will accrue 1 Reward Points/Rs. 100 only."

So sbi black card is not giving 10% on insurance payment right

Credit card upi also has categories/mcc.. if we do payment in bill category or any othed 1% category.. we will get 1% instead of 5%

You will get merchant name in otp page/otp message,
Make sure You get merchant name as 'UTILITY PP FSS IN'
