I always got a reasonable immediate service from support for the last couple of years….24/7…
I mostly call them in the late nights like 1am …
For example, in my recent grocery order of 30+ items, one item was missing and I told the same to the delivery agent.. he mentioned it.. but even after 12 hours of the delivery the refund didn’t happen and it was showing all the items were delivered…
Then I called the vip support at 2 am and the support agent raised refund request and refund was processed in 24 hours..
All smooth..
I never had any major issue with FK support in the last 5 years or so…

Yeah, that's what I always read it here in this forum...
For me, I had placed more than 500 orders worth lakhs of rupees in the last 8 years or so and never faced any major issue..
May be a small issue here and there that i can't even remember now...
But what I hear from majority of people here is just opposite to my experience...
What I think is happening here:
Only people who had bad experiences are speaking up.. the people who had good experience are staying silent...
That's why I spoke about my positive experience.

Sharing my Flipkart Experience Over the Years
I first started ordering from Flipkart way back when they were exclusively selling books, my very first order was “Three Men in a Boat”, probably in 2012 or 2013. COD, back then they use to confirm the order by call then ship. I've never faced any issues with Flipkart’s service across all these years.
Recently, I decided to try out their grocery delivery. After delivery it turned out that one of the oil packets had ruptured, soaking and spoiling almost everything else inside. I called up Flipkart customer support, explained the issue, they immediately refunded the entire ₹2,200 without any hassle.
