The SBI TechnoFino credit card is devalued with effect from 16 August.
The Scan and Pay cashback will now be 0.25 percent. Any cashback received for transactions involving any upfront discount will be randomly reversed when SBI feels like it, and if you do not have enough cashback to adjust the same, 5 times of the amount plus GST will be charged to your card account with an upper cap of 4999!
Grocery, dining (both offline and online), movie and travel booking will not be eligible for cashback. Cashback credited for any such transactions will be randomly reversed any time within the next 3 years

This is against RBI guidelines. You have to keep at-least a month of gap b/w the announcement date and the effective date.

Don't panic us. It won't be devalued for atleast an year.
