SBI Card PhonePe SBI Card – CVP new SBI CC launching

Same happened with me got 1% instead of 10% for insurance payment on phonepe. SBI customer care are just repeating "Insurance (MCC - 5960,
6300,6380) outside PhonePe will accrue 1 Reward Points/Rs. 100 only."

None of them seem to understand what "outside of PhonePe" means. Even the nodal officer responded with the same explanation, stating that point 4 mentions these MCCs will accrue 1%. They’re not providing the correct reward points for all the categories for which we got this card. I didn’t expect this from SBI, especially since I’ve always received a flat 5% on all transactions with my cashback card without any issues.

No.You can get Airtel Axis

Write to principal nodal officer.
Then customer service head.
If not resolved, then RBI ombudsman.

Also, it seems like this is issue because card is launched recently. It will be fixed. All people message on pno.
