Don't register like that. Open BOI mobile (Or login via BOI Omni neo IB) --> My rewards. It'll log you in automatically since the rewards are tied to your CIF (Customer Information file) aka Customer ID.

Har bank ka reward system SBI jaisa nahi hota laxman. 6012 is excluded in BoI from RPs. Woh unipay aur setu ke 4900/5311 pe chalta tha.
