I don't think it is accurate. In may month it showing 500, but I only got 149 in June which is correct for the eligible transactions.
Don't know whether it didn't track well or due to mcc restrictions.

Can someone please send a picture of this cashback details page, I'm on the latest Android 811 app and I can't seem to find it after clicking the diamond, it just opens a page about 811 super features

On that page scroll to top and click on diamond above the text which says "KEEPING IT SUPER".

I got my DC in April 2025

So in the HISTORY section of the Cashback it shows

-0 in April when it should have been 124
-124 in May when it should have been 234
-97 in June which is correct as per my own tracking - waiting for this to be credited
-99 in July which is current tracking and it is also correct as per my own tracking

My most recent txn for today morning when I refueled and the app Cashback tracker has updated it, so most likely it is updating in real time

Yes there seems to be some error in the CB history its displaying for April and May

My kotak811 super account got frozen with reason - kotak811 account identified for closure. 2 days back I raised cashback related issue.

Now they are saying within 30 days it will closed

Update: account got unfreezed on 9th July. befaltu bol raha tha account close kro ✅

Aren't they blocking the debit card for these transactions? They had blocked my transaction when I tried on July 6th. The transaction went through, but the debit card was blocked a minute later. I had to call customer care and provide a proper explanation to get it unblocked.

I didn't knew it either but i don't trust kotak either so deposit 1st I deposit 10k on 1st June and then after few days I used the in app option to add money just to be sure. I knew they might say we asked for 5k not 5k and up.

Ignore the other post, it has to be 5k or more in a single txn.
