No worries, try clearing data and cache of the app. If it still doesn't work, then perhaps try switching internet.

My 811 super card activated today. I wanted to know Will this card give cashback on magicpin (MCC code probably is 5947) (This mcc is not in exclusion category of kotak 811)

Here's what I do:

Walk into a petrol pump and befriend the guy who fills petrol. Treat him to a ₹30 snack or a cold drink.

Then, simply ask if you can swipe your card for ₹10,000 and take the cash instead. No charges involved!

I’ve made friends at two pumps this way – they never ask for any fee.
Sometimes, I give them ₹50 as a thank you – they’re more than happy.

Never had any issues...

The amount is too low to notice. Spending 10k on petrol a month is not too much for suspicion

Same time in & out ki wajah se block kiya tha. --> as per telephonic conversation with Lotak agent.
In morning someone visited for physical verification and then activated it back after 5 hrs.

I guess they're expecting with basic account customer shouldn't perform multiple transactions.

Koi document bhi submit Kiya tha online to unfreeze?

And was given no option but to close the account i complained with rbi have received demand draft of account membership fee 300rs

Account close kar diya? Document kya submit kiye the unfreeze ke liye?
