I got mine on 16th They are rejecting manually for few people despite being done in eligible categories. Saw the comments on arindom's video few people didn't get cashback for April. I think chances are less now they will give anything for April.

They can certainly deny the amazon bug transaction, but not the others. For your kind information, Amazon bug was also on an eligible mcc.
Kotak is digging its own grave if it doesn't give any cashback to legit users.
I would’ve trusted you if Kotak had released the cashback on any date other than the 16th. But since they haven’t, something is wrong on their end, not ours.

Be patient. Wait until 31st may before going for a complaint. Whatever you do before then will be rejected, as the deadline hasn't passed yet.

Frankly speaking, Cashback will be credited for past 2 months between 16-18th of the month. Since we are not getting till today, 99% may be get rejected by them.

If you've already made up your mind, then why are you still waiting after the 18th? Start making calls/emails brother, it's time.
Kotak might come up with an excuse like a technical issue for not processing the cashback.

My observation on cb credits since 3 months are that cb is crediting on after 1 month ---last month last txn., made.
If we made last txn of last month on say 23rd, you get today.
If we made last txn of last month on say 23rd, you get today.

99% they will reject April 2025 CB, but we need to wait for May end then only we can start our complaints, I also not received CB

Yes, just received cb for April spends. Fuel, grocery and Amazon spends, all genuine spends no tricks
