Marriott Exclusive promotion for 10 Bonus nights

Hello All, I just received this mail and it says its exclusive offer, Has anyone used this kind of promotion earlier as i am new to this game. This offer looks to good to be true.

*A “stay” is defined as one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/checkout activity, on any Points-eligible rate (“Qualifying Rate”). Book stays directly through Marriott Channels in order to participate in the Promotion. - Does it mean we qualify after 2 nights?

Would love to hear from the members if there are any hidden T&C,

Check for non-consecutive language in same property in the tnc.
In which case you can for two separate properties.

Many such targeted promos have been sent.
From what I've seen (apart from your super promo), the following have been sent

# 5k points twice for a stay that is on a Friday or Saturday night. (reddit)
# Earn 45K bonus points for 15 nights by 31st Oct 2025. @anirban.choudhury

Thanks bro and you'll get the promo soon. My confusion is they are defining stay as one or more consecutive night. So that means a 2 night booking for 1 stay right? They are clear on same hotel part.

So what this means is for 1st 2 nights I stay I get 2 +5 ENC and for 2nd 2 nights i get another 2+5 ENC ?

Targeted promos are random...
Can only hope !

Book 1N stay once.
Book another 1N stay again, after 24 hours if it's the same property or within 24 hours if it is another property.

It usually works fine like this.

You can always cross verify with Marriott India customer care.
