Is there a downtime for HDFC credit cards?

Has any one else faced issues that using HDFC credit cards for transactions online and offline are not working due to a technical issue? I have tried making transactions with my pixel credit card and every transaction including online is declined.

(And no I have paid my bills on time and even paid the outstanding so please don't joke about HDFC trying to get me to pay fines and whatnot)

I have Pixel & I don't face problem with it. But they aren't giving any CL offers.

I have been getting these transaction problems since yesterday...I have yet to get a response from the pixel and the grievance customer support
