Hi,

If I have earned 1,000 reward points through a normal retail transaction in my Emeralde PVC, will the INR value be 250/- (considering INR 0.25 value) or can I use it at INR 1.00 value through iShop?

INR value will be 250 only if you opt for vouchers. Plus they will charge redemption fees also
