I am attempting to redeem 20,000 reward points for an Amazon Pay voucher through Kotak Rewards. In the voucher category, Amazon vouchers are available in denominations of 5,000 and 10,000 rupees. I possess sufficient reward points to redeem for a 5,000 rupee voucher. I am applying a voucher of 5,000. However, when I proceed to checkout, it is only deducting 8,000 points and requesting an additional payment of 3,000 rupees from my credit card. I am having difficulty comprehending their system. Given that I have sufficient reward points, could you clarify why I am required to pay 3,000 from my card? The issue is that they do not offer any gv below 5k; consequently, to redeem all rp, I will need to spend 10k from my card. Please advise on how I can redeem all 20,000 reward points for an Amazon voucher through Kotak Rewards.
