Now I got a call from ICICI regarding the upgrade offer for saphiro visa based on coral rupay. The agent forced multiple times to take the card as it is FYF. I told him I need only completely LTF card not FYF card. Finally he told me that if I don't take saphiro card my coral rupay card will be closed within 2 hrs. This is the bank procedure ". What kind of useless thing is this?? If we upgrade then only old card can be closed. Without upgrade how he will close my card??
