Flipkart Axis Bank cashback query

For Swiggy I used to get 4% cashback but here it seems I have only got 1% cashback. Where can I raise the issue or is there any devaluation for swiggy benefits?

same issue i faced for Uber as well..
it is under 4% category but only received 1%..

raised it to their customer support.
