Diners Black Monthly Benefit for July Not Credited

Has anyone faced the same issue, i was supposed to receive it in the first week of last month. I usually get an sms/ email to redeem. Dont see anything in poshvine also

Talk to customer care. They have shifted the monthly milestone and annual milestone benefits to Smartbuy portal

Go to smartbuy.com/diners. Go to Know you card then monthly milestone benefits. You can redeem from there.
They will not send any sms/mail now.

No mail. I mailed HDFC that I haven't recieved monthly milestone then they told me.

Through Smartbuy portal, I got the Tata Cliq and Ola Vouchers immediately.

You can claim benefit as soon as you complete the milestone. For eg. In September, if you implete the milestone in 1st of September, you will be able to claim benefit as soon as your transaction settles.

Thanks, this is very good. HDFC should have sent this community instead of useless pre approved personal loan emails.

I've had the same issue with the biz black card.

Not received the annual spend milestone vouchers and even went on the portal to check but nothing there. They didn't even communicate the change from the old system.

Any help would be appreciated, waiting to receive annual milestone II and III vouchers.
