If this happens, no one would be able to activate the until they stop issuing it.
Everyday, someone will request this card so it will become a never ending cycle.
Hence, the problem is something else, and hope Axis fixes it soon.

This card is meant to be kept securely in drawer instead of wallet . So issues are plaguing from very beginning

I applied for axis amex credit card and got it within a week. I tried to use the card on on flipkart, amazon, mobikwik, district app but it doesn't work. The only app where it worked was axis bank app where i was able to do 1 transaction of recharging my DTH. Contact customer care on phone they told me to email with screenshots. i mailed them but still card is not working anywhere.

Same problem with me also not able to use online or offline , error show in picture is occurring

One question pops up in my mind, this card will be eligible for the default Axis Bank discounts? Being issued on the AMEX network should not be an issue, right?

Trying to buy gc on amazon. But getting error in amazon "bank unable to validate your card ".
Tried enabling / disabling and changing card limits . But no use.
Any place this card works ?

I just received this card, and in those documents there is nowhere written the offer of 250 discount on movies, but this offer is working in the district app.

I mainly got this card for this movie offer only, so should I close my Myzone card now or is it a temporary offer since it is not written on the document and also not showing this offer while I applied for that card.

I will close my axis neo card even it's on rupay network becasue axis 3 card policy..

On the axis app where I applied there is no mention of movie offer and also on the document that I received.
That's why I just wanted to be sure. Need atleast one card with movie offer.
