Even my card is not working. Tried using it for the Rs.150 discount at swiggy. Got same error. Axis CC told that there is a "Cool down" period of 24hrs after setting pin for the first time. We cannot make any transactions during this cooldown period. 🤦‍♂️

I applied for axis amex credit card and got it within a week. I tried to use the card on on flipkart, amazon, mobikwik, district app but it doesn't work. The only app where it worked was axis bank app where i was able to do 1 transaction of recharging my DTH. Contact customer care on phone they told me to email with screenshots. i mailed them but still card is not working anywhere.

No. Only for Amex Network offers . Who knows after heavy demand, Amex Network offers might reduce.

You mean 5 Axis cards.. Right?
You'll have to cancel 3 cards to get this free card. Not worth unless you totally want to get rid of those cards. Customer support people don't flip existing cards to free card, its only for fresh applicants or if an offer is available to existing customers. But you can call them and ask.

Yes have 5 earlier have 7, 2 closed because of no usage.

Even after the approval Axis took a long time to dispatch the cards and no one is able to view the digital card. Now the ones who have received the physical card are still not able to use it

It has been changed to 600 for swiggy food delivery and 700 for Instamart since last few months.

Maybe they will wait till all cards are delivered to activate them
