This will be valid only for paid cards. Not for ltf.

Only the network is used. “Member since” on Amex network cards refers to the month/year of the issuance and not the time since one had a relationship with the bank.

It will be in the same section. As I already had 3 cards from Axis I had to cancel one of them to see this offer in the list.

Only the network is used. “Member since” on Amex network cards refers to the month/year of the issuance and not the time since one had a relationship with the bank.

It is indeed reference to the time of starting the Amex relationship, it indicates the year when you first became a member , It's a very unique Amex thing to make the members feel valued and also helps Amex to track the members history, even if the card is replaced the 'Membership Since' date will remain the same, Infact this was first thing told to me I started working for Amex( indirectly though), but was not aware they do it for cards partnered with other Banks
