Today I spoke to Customer care for renewal offer. He said all renewal offers closed from 1st July onwards. I have to pay renewal fee in full

last year i have Amex trifecta as a best card from all cards i have so most spend on amex on platinum travel spend will be more then 10 lakh

The annual fee for my Gold Charge Card was charged yesterday, but no renewal offer was provided except a downgrade to MRCC. I opted for the downgrade, assuming the Gold Card would be closed and MRCC issued automatically. However, they shared a separate application link for MRCC instead.
