I had seen this post on the tagged thread some time back: 5EM on Maximize and have been using it for quite some time now
Yesterday I saw a lot twitter posts on similar topics, so decided to make a thread on TechnoFino as well
Basically, Maximize has a section called MaxHotels where if you scroll down to the bottom you see certain Gift Cards mostly limited to Travel category but it also has HPPay and Uber
Cleartrip Hotel Vouchers are available at 15% on CC and MMT Hotel @ 11% (+ 20% back in Accor with 5EM)
I purchased these Gift Cards from this section and got 5EM. There are multiple payment gateways (easebuzz, CCAvenue and Razorpay) and I have tried all of them to check that we are getting 5EM. The best is always to mix and match payment gateways because A x i s is A x i s at the end of the day.
This is by far the best Reward Ratio for Flights, Hotels, Cabs, and Fuel that I have came across for Atlas Card Holders, GV discount + Atlas 5EM.
Now the most important part - Please ensure the website link includes the word MaxHotels sometimes it redirects you to the normal Gift Card flow which gives the Maximize Standard MCC. This is only part you need to be careful about.
Lastly for mental peace, I recommend doing a small transaction or a declined transaction with Axis, Calling the customer care and verifying the MCC yourself before making a larger purchase

Easebuzz also give 5EM ~ Merchant Name is Maximize and some random number ahead of it which keeps changing like a transaction ID or something, will click a picture from another phone and share in sometime.
