Is cashback tracker showing for everyone even if cashback is 0?

I have latest updated app but unable to see that tracker menu!!!

These are the screenshots of the benifit menu,

Am i doing something wrong?

Same is showing for me, though I have the account for around 15-20 days only
It was same for me as my account was newly opened. Once you receive your first ever monthly cashback, it'll start showing like the rest of us

It's gone 😔 for me too (it was showing 439/500 in cashback tracker).
Diamond 💎 is now gone.
They again removed the cashback tracker option or placed it somewhere else.
 
1)I had an salary account with kotak about 10-12 yrs back. I closed it when I switched jobs. The account was active for 3-4 yrs after opening and I had forgotten about it.
2)Today I tried to open kotak 811 super savings account, to my surprise the app shown I am existing customer. I contacted kotak cs who told only option I have is to visit any kotak bank and open a zero balance savings account first and later I may or may not get the option to upgrade to super savings.
3) Any resolution to avoid this visit to bank and get the things done online ? Any help / suggestions appreciated.

U have to close that old account first. After 3 to 6 months, u will get option again to open this zero bal account

Bro, the account is closed since 10-12 yrs. The kotak cs says I have to visit any kotak branch to open 811 ss or 0 bal acc. I wanted to know if there is any other way to open online than a visit to branch.

I closed my account and after 3 months when i tried to open online account ,it said already existing customer visit branch.
Went to branch ,their tab also said same thing as already existing customer.

After 6 months, i tried to open account online, then it opened successfully on the same crn.

If u dont have any account now, you should be able to open like me. Cross verify it

I wanted to know if the branch can directly open 811 ss acc or 1st I have to open 0 bal account and wait for upgrade in app ?

Branch doesn't have any zero balance accs excellent 811
They have to open 811 only, but in my experience they also get same error which we get online. Opening through physical application not possible for this account.
But give it a try. Ask them to open 811

I meant kotak savings account has to be opened first and later upgraded or super savings account can be opened directly by branch . Thanks in advance.

No, other accs to 811 super account is not possible.
Only 811 to 811 super is possible.
U have to ask them to either open 811 or 811 super. Not other variants

When u visited the branch and the tab shown existing customer, did the branch denied opening new account or told u to wait for certain months to reopen account.?
