Now when I fetch my cc bill (tried for hdfc and sbi both) and after entering custom amount if i press make payment then it directly goes to pending state instead of showing payment options. Is anyone facing this issue?

I think entire BBPS is down on hitch app and not just credit card bill payment...no other bill payment is working

Hello everyone, my mother does online shopping on E-com sites and I want her to apply for SBI CB card so that instead of UPI she use this card so that atleast 5% CB she will receive from online shopping txns.


Problem is that she has all income on her PAN from Rental Properties or from Real Estate profits. So, what is the criteria for non-salaried person?
I would have given her my own add-on card but lately, I am maxing out 5000 monthly cashback myself.

there is no such criteria that only salaried person can only apply for this card. Your mom can.

Also self employed are also allowed to apply.

SBI usually doesn't do income verification for this card.

Yes, even after updating app it isn't fetching credit card bill. Still shows agent ID blocked.. but other bbps things like fastag, mobile recharge etc are working fine it seems (didn't make payment but able to fetch information)

Hitch zone Service is under maintenance. Maybe they'll remove the option to pay bills though Amazon gc.

Yes, not fetching any credit card bill. By the way, I tried rent payment and my payment was stuck though it was charged from my BOB cc. Later i got a call from Hitch team and they are asking for the images of my credit card to varify whether i am the owner of the card? But the thing is that, its virtual rupay credit card where i am unable to take snap? What to do in this situation, my 15k is stuck with Hitch team. Also I am afraid i will be lavied rent charges, as someone above mentioned their mcc code is of some other category and not 6513 (rent).

Send them screenshot of mail received for the transaction. I did the same and transaction settled
